Protocol
SSH
Secure Shell
The encrypted remote-login protocol administrators use to run commands on servers.
SSH gives an encrypted command line on a remote machine and can also copy files and tunnel other traffic. Because SSH access usually means full control of a server, stolen SSH keys, weak passwords and flaws in SSH servers are high-value targets.
